Every route we map, every experience we curate — comes from a genuine love for exploration and a deep belief that travel changes people.

A restless adventurer — and the most reliable person in the room.
Yash doesn't just chase out-of-the-box experiences - he makes sure everyone around him dives right in too. With him, there's never a dull moment. And when he says, "I know a spot," you can trust that he really does.
Those numbers? To him, they're not numbers. Ask him about someone from a random trip, say Bhutan, 2023 — and chances are, he'll remember exactly who they are and the memory they shared. Because for him, these aren't just travellers. They're people who took a leap of faith, shared a part of their lives with him and that's always worth remembering.
Choosing travel as a career was never the conventional path. And it definitely wasn't the easiest. But he stayed with it and built a life around doing what he truly loves.
Growing up on Discovery Channel, Nat Geo, and Animal Planet, the outdoors was never just an interest, it was instinct. Even today, it's the simple, real things that move him most: animals, diving, waterfalls, music, history, and above all, his people.
For Yash, travel has never been about how many countries you've seen. It's about how many memories you've made.
"They say when you die, in the last few seconds your whole life flashes before your eyes — and I want that to be the most glorious movie of all time."

From Gokak, North Karnataka — to everywhere.
Sachin is a man of many, many passions. Cross-country motorcycling, photography, animation, a sharp eye for fashion and the instinct to find beauty in every destination he visits.
They say a jack of all trades is a master of none but the full quote goes further: oftentimes better than a master of one. That's Sachin, to a T. He doesn't believe in being boxed in. If he can dream it, he believes he can do it and if he can't, he'll find a way to try anyway. There is no ceiling he has accepted as his own.
But where he's truly in his element? Curating destinations and building itineraries. Over the years, he has crafted entire travel catalogues for the companies he's been a part of shaping experiences, opening up new routes, and constantly pushing the boundaries of exploration.
Coming from Gokak, a small town in North Karnataka, Sachin didn't grow up with the kind of exposure or access many take for granted. But what he did have was intent, curiosity, and the grit to carve his own path.
Today, he stands as the first in his bloodline to do many things — quietly redefining what's possible.
He'll tell you he's an introvert. But get him comfortable, and he becomes the most magnetic person in the room, the kind you don't want to stop talking to.
"Dream big, and the universe will meet you halfway."
— Whatever he does, he does it with heart. And he does it with grit. We're probably not what you expect when you think of "founders."
No suits. No buzzwords. No pretending to have it all figured out.
Just two best mates who got a little too obsessed with travel and decided not to ignore it.
We didn't quit because it was easy.
We quit because staying comfortable started feeling like a compromise.
Because once you've experienced what travel can really be, not rushed itineraries, not checklist tourism, but something deeper — it's hard to go back to doing things halfway.
We're adventurers before anything else.
The kind who don't chase stories —
but somehow, the good lore finds us anyway.
We don't take ourselves too seriously.
But we care deeply about what we're building.
Between the two of us, we've spent 7+ years each in the travel space.
Sachin is the ops brain — systems, logistics, making the chaos work.
Yash is on the ground — with people, with stories, shaping what the experience actually feels like.
Just doing what we're good at. Really well.
And here's the thing:
We're not here to sell trips.
We're here to fix what travel has become — rushed, crowded, transactional. Where people come back with photos… but not much else. And travel companies have become greed-filled, money-making corporations.
The Part-Time Traveller is our way of doing it differently.
More personal. More meaningful.
With people who actually want to be there — not just tick a box.
"The best trips aren't about where you go.
They're about who you become — and who you meet along the way."
So yeah — we walked away from something stable.
To build something that feels a lot more like us.
